The rain finally stopped long enough for a snow cone...YEAH!!!! So, today's flavor is Strawberry Cheesecake. I was a little nervous about this one after having cheesecake earlier in the challenge, but was hopeful that with the strawberry flavor, it would improve. Unfortunately, it didn't...my opinion still holds, it tastes like cheesecake, but that is not something that should be made into a snow cone...the textures are just too different. A lot of people still like it though, so don't be afraid to sample it, I just won't be having it again.Ratings:
