Knock Out - Round 2

So, we have finally reached it, the final snow cone for our original challenge, kind of a sad and happy day all rolled into one. As Shellie mentioned in the last post, since Knock Out is the final flavor, we are both trying it with different snow cone flavors. For my Knock Out, I decided to go for a Root Beer Float, meaning I chose add Root Beer and Snow Ice Cream to the vanilla ice cream. While the original Root Beer snow cone did not get the highest marks (4 from each of us), it is quite simply outstanding when used in a Knock Out. It tasted just like a homemade root beer float which can never be a bad thing and this would make a great addition to the Delight Menu.
