Before I even begin to tell you how utterly fantastic this snow cone is, let me get you up to speed on what is in it. The base is Snow Ice Cream, layered with scoops (yes, more than one!) of chocolate ice cream, with chunks of bananas and strawberries, and is topped with whip cream. I should be able to stop right there and not have to say any more, but that wouldn't suffice for the blog! :) This is not a normal banana split by any means, but coming from a banana split fan, this is even better! It has strawberries instead of cherries and when you drink out of the straw, it combines the flavors of the strawberries and the cream and tastes like the Strawberry Delight. If you are looking for an over the top dessert and don't want to pay out the big bucks at a restaurant or slave over making one yourself, you really have to try this. What am I saying???
