Who has ever heard of a chocolate snow cone??? Up until we started coming to Texas Sno, I had never seen that before and never actually tried it until today. So, how does it taste? Almost exactly like a Tootsie Roll. It is well worth a try for kids or those who love chocolate. I am certain I would have been ordering this when I was much younger.Ratings:
